Navigate through Cisco documentation

Through the CCIE exam the candidates are allowed to browse through Cisco documentation site and looking up for commands and configurations.

In the following post I will show how to locate a command using this site, first let’s enter into the main page:

Then click on (1)Products->(2)Cisco IOS and NX-OS Software->(3)Cisco IOS

Click on (4)Cisco IOS Software Release 12.4 Family

Click on (5)Cisco IOS Software Release 12.4T

Click on (6)Release and General Information and then click on (7)Master Index

 

Then Click con (8)Cisco IOS Master Command List, Release 12.4T

 

From here you will seea command list organized from A to Z, just choose the the relevent command and search it from the list:

for example: looking for NAT commands look at i through j section as the command is ip nat source static
